Why is a 50% deposit required?
The deposit ensures that your requested inventory is reserved exclusively for you. This allows us to manage our stock effectively and guarantees that your chosen products are ready and waiting at the pickup site on your scheduled day.
Pickup Information
Where do I pick up my order?
Your exact pickup location, along with the designated date and time, will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please have this confirmation email ready when you arrive.
Can I change my pickup time or location?
If you need to adjust your pickup schedule, please contact us as soon as possible via the email address listed in your confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our current inventory and location schedule.

Can I use these fireworks in Idaho?
Aftershock Pyrotechnics operates in full compliance with all applicable state and local laws. Please be aware that many of the professional-grade products we offer are designated for sale and use only in jurisdictions where they are legally permitted. Aftershock Pyrotechnics does not authorize or endorse the use of any restricted pyrotechnic products within the state of Idaho. It is the customer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all state and local laws regarding the possession, transportation, and use of these products at their final destination. By purchasing, you certify that you are aware of your local regulations and assume all legal responsibility for your purchase.
What should I know before firing my Aftershock display?
Safety is our top priority. Always read the instructions on each individual product before use. Ensure you are in a wide-open, outdoor area away from dry grass, buildings, or overhead obstructions. Always have a water source nearby and never attempt to relight a "dud." "Download and print our Official Safety Guide."
What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?
We strive to keep our inventory accurate; however, due to the nature of our high-demand supply, specific items may occasionally become unavailable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that Aftershock Pyrotechnics reserves the right to substitute items with products of equal or greater value and comparable performance should your selected item be unavailable at the time of order fulfillment. We will always prioritize maintaining the overall impact and quality of your chosen bundle.
